A Matter Of Taste offers two menu options for your event. The menus include serving & chafing dishes, white Pottery Barn China, white linen napkins, silverware, napkins, water goblets, and Northern Roasters Coffee Service.

Family Style Per Person: $22.50

We offer additional services for your event including a wait staff for an additional fee of $125.00 per waiter, and bartending services for an additional $25.00 per hour of service.

  • Appetizer Display 

    Assorted cheese| cracker| crudités, house made smoked whitefish dip, fruit, vegetables, hummus, grape leaves, olives, grilled tomato bruschetta.

  • Entrée (Choice Of Two)  
    Forest Chicken : Pan roasted chicken breast, forest mushrooms, and white wine cream sauce.

    Chicken Chardonnay: Pan roasted chicken breast, shallots, and chardonnay cream sauce.

    Chicken Marbella: Slow braised chicken with garlic, tomatoes, olives, figs.

    Parmesan Encrusted Whitefish: John Cross Whitefish, pan seared in a crunchy panko parmesan crust served with a lemon caper butter sauce.

    Beef Bourgeon: Traditionally prepared beef tips braised in burgundy wine and an assortment of herbs, served with root vegetables.

    Honey Maple Glazed Pork Loin: A succulent pork loin cooked to perfection and served with a mango salsa.

    Classic Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed with parmesan cheese, bacon bits and croutons and topped with a creamy Caesar dressing.
